At Procon Ventures, sustainability is seen as a state of being in balance between Corporate Economic Responsibility (CER) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Our operations have expanded to new geographies, and Procon Ventures has steadfastly retained a collective focus on the various areas of corporate sustainability that directly impact people, environment and the society at large.

We firmly believe in the philosophy that society is not just another stakeholder in our business, but is the prime purpose of it. Our company across its various operations is committed to making a positive contribution in a number of ways.

The core focus areas of our CSR initiatives and programs are education, health and environment. As a policy, we promote and encourage economic, social and educational development within the communities that we work in, besides giving active support to local initiatives. Our programs also enable us to inculcate a heightened sense of responsibility towards our environment at large, among our employees and all those we touch through these programs. Our initiatives on health and education are driven right from the basic level to ensure that we contribute in strengthening the foundation of these key areas.
